Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the global business development strategy for selling Greek golden visa apartments via international affiliate and partner networks
  • Build, manage, and scale a portfolio of high net worth affiliates,especially family offices, investment advisors, real estate and legal partners throughout the world
  • Approve and oversee partner acquisition plans, including targeting, outreach, qualification, and onboarding flows for new high-value affiliates
  • Personally handle and support complex and high-value negotiations, including commercial terms, exclusivity, and incentive structures for strategic partners
  • Conduct regular international business trips throughout the world
  • Ensure high-quality onboarding of new high net worth affiliates including providing all necessary product, legal, financial, and marketing information on Greek golden visa apartments
  • Oversee monitoring of affiliate performance, pipeline, and conversion
  • Drive initiatives to re-engage underperforming partners and increase deal flow
  • Work closely with Head of Sales and Marketing and all the sales and marketing department
  • Continuously monitor global investment migration trends, especially golden visa ones, and residential investment trends

Requirements:

  • Specialized Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • An international MBA will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in business development and partner relations in real estate, residential development and investment management
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining successful partnerships, especially with HNWI
  • High level of negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain long-term partner relations all over the world
  • Ability to analyze market data and effectively use it in relevant business development activities
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach, ability to take responsibility for decision-making
  • Problem solving skillsAbility to work in collaboration with other team members and achieve results together
  • Proficiency in CRM systems especially HubSpot and digital sales tools
  • Proficiency in Greek with a minimum level of C2
  • Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of C1
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantageStrong attention to details and highly developed organizational skills
