About The Role
Are you the meticulous cornerstone every payroll team needs? At Reckitt, we're searching for a conscientious Payroll Administrator to join our spirited and progressive team. Precision and care are at the core of this role, where your mastery in managing financial data ensures every employee is rewarded accurately for their hard work. Your responsibilities
- Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and company standards
- Ensure compliance with Greek Labor Law, payroll tax regulations and internal policies in payroll calculations
- Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records and actively participate in payroll calculations
- Collaborating effectively with other departments, providing payroll-related support as needed
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and employee data
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Act as a back up for second assigned market
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar payroll role
- Good knowledge of local employment/labor laws
- Experience in SSC(Shared Services Center) and ADP Application will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English and Greek
- Completed military obligations (if applicable)
