We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping design effective solutions that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear documentation (e.g., user stories, process flows, functional specifications).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Management.
  • Support the design and implementation of process improvements and digital solutions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) — experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
