Requirements

Some general qualifications that we value are the following:

• Strong passion for decentralized technologies and the impact they can make.
• Experience in relevant fields such as blockchain development, IoT engineering, mobile app development, firmware development, software development etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills as well as proactiveness.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize work.
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Bonus points if you have:

• Prior experience in the weather technology industry or related field.
• Experience working with Web3.
• Experience in a start-up high tech environment. 
• Understanding of DeFi / crypto primitives.
