Our team is actively involved in major construction and industrial projects across the country.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking to collaborate with a
Health & Safety Engineer
(Civil, Architectural, or Surveying background) to support the on-site implementation of HSE procedures during a critical phase of a large-scale technical project in Thessaloniki.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily on-site safety conditions and ensure compliance with Greek legislation (Ν. 3850/2010, Π.Δ. 305/1996).
  • Conduct toolbox talks and regular site safety inspections.
  • Identify unsafe acts or conditions and report findings to site management.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and assist in enforcing safety procedures (e.g., LOTO, work permits).
  • Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and HSE teams to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain site safety documentation and support incident prevention activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical , Electrical or Surveying Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical or construction projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek Health & Safety legislation.
  • Very good command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license.
