About the Role -
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Safety Officer / Consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices. The ideal candidate will support our clients by offering expert guidance on workplace safety and ensuring compliance with Greek legislation (Law 5239/2025).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    consultation
    on Occupational Health & Safety
  • Ensure the
    correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Conduct
    risk assessments
    and propose
    preventive measures
    to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards
  • Investigate
    workplace accidents
    , determine root causes, and suggest corrective actions
  • Contribute to training sessions and raise awareness on occupational risk prevention

Required Qualifications & Skillset:

  • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical or equivalent field)
  • Knowledge and application of Greek OHS legislation
  • Prior experience in occupational safety roles is an asset
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
