On behalf of our client, a leading global insurance and risk advisory firm providing specialized services in insurance brokerage, risk solutions and employee benefits, we are seeking an
Insurance Broker
. The successful candidate, will act as the main point of contact between clients and insurance companies for matters related to car insurance. Their core focus is to support clients throughout the insurance lifecycle, particularly in claims management and compensation processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all motor insurance matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end claims process, from claim registration to final settlement.
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and repair shops to ensure smooth and timely claim resolution.
  • Advise clients on coverage details, policy terms, and compensation procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Prepare reports and claim summaries, track key performance indicators, and ensure compliance with Aon's service standards.
  • Support client renewals and assist in identifying opportunities for improving coverage or service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance brokerage or claims handling (preferably auto insurance).
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Very good communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with insurance systems will be considered an asset.
