to join our team as an
Motor Insurance Support Officer
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and handling requests from the sales network
  • Managing insurance operations (issuing quotes, policy applications, claims)
  • Communicating with insurance companies to ensure proper handling of insurance operations
  • Investigating and assessing risks of insurance policies in the sector
  • Managing pending tasks
  • Ensuring the proper management of insurance operations in the sector
  • Contacting and communicating with the partner network

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree (AEI/TEI) in Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within an insurance company or brokerage firm.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in computer use and MS Office applications.
  • Strong team player with collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Holder of a valid Level A Insurance Intermediary Certificate and re-certification.
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
