Trading Platforms Administrator MT4 and MT5 servers for a Forex company in Greece or Cyprus.

The company is an award-winning Forex and commodities broker, providing trading services and facilities to both retail and institutional clients. They offers various accounts types, trading software and tools to facilitate individuals and institutional customers to trade Forex and CFD's online.

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct the configuration of MT4 and MT5 servers
  • Apply configuration changes on the Platform Components
  • Configure and monitor Bridge and LP systems
  • Configure and monitor Hosting machines and External Applications
  • Ensure and maintain full client access to Platform services
  • Manage and maintain Platforms stability
  • Improve and maintain the working order of existing procedures/applications
  • Provide support in the maintenance for the stability of external services such as Web Trader, Mobile Trader, etc.
  • Troubleshoot issues on trading platforms, bridge providers and in-house applications
  • Ensure information security
  • Meet business requirements by gathering information and providing detailed analysis
  • Generate reports that can assist the management of the company
  • Provide necessary support to the Support/Backoffice/Execution Department
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating systems.
  • Prior experience with MetaTrader Servers would be considered an advantage.
  • SQL, PowerShell, SALT, and Windows Server knowledge would be considered an advantage
