Insurance Sales Supervisor (Auto Network)

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ανάπτυξη των ασφαλιστικών πωλήσεων μέσω του υφιστάμενου δικτύου συνεργαζόμενων εμπόρων αυτοκινήτων
  • Διαχείριση σχέσεων με υφιστάμενους συνεργάτες μέσω τακτικής επικοινωνίας και παροχής υποστήριξης σε ασφαλιστικά θέματα
  • Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση των συνεργατών στην προώθηση των ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων
  • Παρακολούθηση απόδοσης και επίτευξη στόχων ασφαλιστικής παραγωγής
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση εμπορικής πολιτικής και στον σχεδιασμό κινήτρων για τους συνεργαζόμενους εμπόρους αυτοκινήτων
  • Ανάλυση της αγοράς και εντοπισμός ευκαιριών ανάπτυξης νέων συνεργασιών

Προφίλ υποψηφίου:

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ
  • 3+ έτη σε ανάλογη θέση στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο
  • Γνώση ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων (ιδιαίτερα στον κλάδο αυτοκινήτου)
  • Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη συνεργατών ή δικτύου πωλήσεων
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office και CRM εργαλείων
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης και δυνατότητα ταξιδιών εντός Ελλάδας
  • Πιστοποίηση ασφαλιστικού διαμεσολαβητή, επιθυμητή

  • Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
