We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators. This position is tailored for individuals who are passionate about supporting creative professionals and enhancing their experiences in the online content landscape.
Responsibilities- Provide top-tier customer support to German-speaking online content creators through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to platform usage, account management, and technical issues.
- Help content creators navigate promotional tools and resources to maximize their reach and efficiency.
- Effectively resolve issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and follow up on any pending matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers and to address complex issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather feedback from users to contribute to service improvements and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly with online platforms or content creation.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
