Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through product features, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions accurately for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
- Engage in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about the latest smart home technologies.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Strong interest in technology, especially smart home devices.
- Experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
