Responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to emergency calls from Czech-speaking customers, offering reassurance and effective assistance.
  • Assess customer situations and provide guidance, coordinating effectively with local service providers.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and service continuity.
  • Maintain a compassionate and understanding demeanor, helping clients feel supported during stressful situations.
  • Collaborate with a remote team to enhance service delivery and implement best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning to improve your skills in roadside assistance and customer service.
  • Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle emergencies calmly.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or emergency assistance is an asset.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality support and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
