Η ΗΡΩΝ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΚΗ Α.Ε. εταιρεία του Ομίλου ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ, αναζητά Risk Manager

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαμορφώνει το πλαίσιο διαχείρισης κινδύνων της εταιρίας.
  • Διαμορφώνει, αναθεωρεί και υποστηρίζει την υλοποίηση του πλαισίου ανοχής κινδύνου (Risk Appetite Framework) της εταιρείας.
  • Αναλύει και παρακολουθεί κινδύνους αγοράς (π.χ. διακυμάνσεις τιμών ενέργειας, κόστη προμήθειας, χρηματοοικονομικοί δείκτες, επίπεδα επισφαλειών).
  • Μεριμνά για την οργάνωση τεχνικών και στρατηγικών παρακολούθησης κινδύνων της εταιρίας.
  • Εντοπίζει, αξιολογεί και προτείνει μέτρα για την αντιμετώπιση των λειτουργικών κινδύνων (Operational Risk) της εταιρίας.
  • Παρακολουθεί και αξιολογεί την αποτελεσματικότητα των διαδικασιών διαχείρισης κινδύνου που εφαρμόζονται σε όλο το εύρος των δραστηριοτήτων της εταιρείας.
  • Οργανώνει τη διαδικασία συλλογής, ανάλυσης και παρουσίασης KPIs σε τακτικά reports προς τη Διοίκηση.
  • Συντονίζει την εσωτερική οργάνωση του Risk Framework και συνεργάζεται με τις αρμόδιες ομάδες για την εποπτεία και εφαρμογή του.
  • Συμμετέχει στη διαμόρφωση πολιτικών Risk Mitigation σε συνεργασία με τις μονάδες παραγωγής, εμπορίας, αγορών και προμηθειών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο AEΙ Οικονομικών, Μηχανικής, Χρηματοοικονομικής, Risk Management ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Μεταπτυχιακό σε Risk Management, Energy Economics, Finance ή Quantitative Analysis (επιθυμητό)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Risk Frameworks για τον ενεργειακό τομέα
  • Ικανότητα στην ανάλυση δεδομένων και στη χρήση σχετικών εργαλείων
  • Καλή κατανόηση της λειτουργίας των αγορών ενέργειας και των σχετικών κινδύνων
  • Ικανότητες σύνταξης και παρουσίασης reports
  • Πιστοποιήσεις FRM, PRM, CFA (επιθυμητό)
  • Εμπειρία σε Project-Based Risk Assessment ή Eνεργειακά Trading Desks (επιθυμητή)
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών & Ελληνικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
