**Risk **Manager**
Ο ρόλος αφορά υπεύθυνο αναγνώρισης κίνδυνων που θα αναγνωρίζει πιθανές απειλές και θα δημιουργεί σχέδια αποφυγής και μετριασμού προβλημάτων. Ειδικότερα αφορά:
- Διεξαγωγή εκτιμήσεων για τον προσδιορισμό και την ανάλυση πιθανών κινδύνων
- Αξιολόγηση της βαρύτητας κάθε κινδύνου, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις επιπτώσεις του
- Διεργασίες και διαδικασίες ελέγχου
- Ανάπτυξη συστημάτων και ελέγχων διαχείρισης κινδύνων
- Σχεδιασμός διαδικασιών για την εξάλειψη ή τον μετριασμό πιθανών κινδύνων
- Δημιουργία σχεδίων έκτακτης ανάγκης για τη διαχείριση κρίσεων
- Αξιολόγηση των υφιστάμενων πολιτικών και διαδικασιών για την ανεύρεση των αδυναμιών τους
- Σύνταξη αναφορών και παρουσίαση προτάσεων
- Παροχή βοήθειας στην υλοποίηση λύσεων και σχεδίων
- Αξιολόγηση της επίγνωσης κινδύνου που έχουν οι υπάλληλοι και παροχή εκπαίδευσης, όταν είναι απαραίτητο
**Προφίλ**:
- Εμπειρία ως Υπεύθυνος Διαχείρισης Κινδύνων
- Γνώση της εκτίμησης και του ελέγχου κινδύνων
- Εμπειρία με τις διαδικασίες ελέγχου και σύνταξης αναφορών
- Εξοικείωση με τα πρότυπα συμμόρφωσης και τους κανονισμούς του κλάδου (π.χ. νομοθεσία περί Ασφάλειας και Υγείας στην Εργασία)
- Καλές δεξιότητες χρήσης Η/Υ και έρευνας. Η γνώση λογισμικού αναλύσεων προτιμάται (π.χ. Λογισμικό Στατιστικών Αναλύσεων ή SAS)
- Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Εξαιρετική δεξιότητα στην επικοινωνία και τις παρουσιάσεις
- Πτυχίο Νομικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών ή σχετικού πεδίου
- Επαγγελματική πιστοποίηση Υπεύθυνου Διαχείρισης Κινδύνων
