We are currently searching for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Logistics & Shipping Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about logistics and shipping and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and understanding shipping policies.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams and freight carriers to ensure seamless operation and communication.
  • Educate customers on the range of logistics services and solutions offered.
  • Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
