We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish-speaking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative based in Piraeus, Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company and contribute to the success of our operations.
This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to provide exceptional support and resolve any issues that may arise.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent customer service skills. You should also be proficient in Spanish and have a basic understanding of English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through active listening and problem-solving skills
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
