In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance related to our security software products. Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to our security software.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues, providing step-by-step guidance, and troubleshooting problems.
  • Document customer interactions and track progress to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Educate customers on product features and functions to maximize their usage and satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues that require further assistance.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of security software and general technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools and systems.
