Responsibilities
  • Engage with Estonian-speaking clients to identify their online security requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Assist clients in the effective use and implementation of our security software products.
  • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations to ensure clients fully understand product capabilities.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to drive product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and improve overall service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the online security sector.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or in the online security industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of online security software and digital safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients in enhancing their digital security measures.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
