Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliances, including product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and care instructions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in a related field, is preferred.
- Ability to effectively solve problems and provide satisfactory solutions to customers.
- Interest in home appliances and a willingness to learn about various products.
- A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork is essential.
- Experience with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
