We are looking for a Group Material Handling Equipment Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Group Material Handling Equipment Manager you will be responsible for the administrative support of the construction equipment fleet management, ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance with procedures related to the use and management of Material Handling Equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and updating the equipment register (condition, usage, operating hours).
  • Scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Communicating with suppliers and workshops for spare parts and services procurement.
  • Recording and processing requests from company departments related to construction equipment.
  • Tracking the progress of requests and updating relevant stakeholders.
  • Updating the platform to maintain report records.
  • Maintaining and renewing maintenance contracts in collaboration with suppliers and relevant departments.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and required certifications.
  • Supporting procurement processes and partner selection for maintenance services.
  • Preparing reports and presenting data on fleet operating costs and maintenance.
  • Managing documents, invoices, and receipts related to fleet maintenance and management services.
  • Supporting decision-making by providing relevant information and analyses.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of fleet management processes and basic principles of equipment maintenance.
  • Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and fleet management software.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a Logistics or technical services environment.
