Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored consultation to Norwegian-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Guide customers in effectively utilizing search engine platforms and tools to optimize their advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on search engine marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
