We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Appliances Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in helping clients navigate their home appliance needs in their native Nordic language.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding home appliances via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, warranties, and service requests.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure an excellent service experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding queries.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex product issues and improve service quality.
- Keep up-to-date with product information, industry trends, and company policies to provide knowledgeable support.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
