In this role, you will be responsible for providing stellar customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries about our diverse range of home appliances. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding home appliances and offer guidance on usage and maintenance.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Educate customers about product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
- Document customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with home appliances is a plus but not required.
