Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients in French to understand their needs and objectives related to digital search platforms.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to help users optimize their experience with digital tools.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to recommend improvements and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on best practices for using digital search platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital search and online marketing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital search platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in consulting or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
