Η Actionline αναζητά για πελάτης της, με ευρύ φάσμα αρμοδιοτήτων και εξειδίκευση στον κλάδο της εισαγωγής και της εμπορίας αυτοκινήτων, μοτοσυκλετών και ανταλλακτικών, αναζητά Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development Specialist για την ομάδα της Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

Στις αρμοδιότητες που θα αναλάβεις είναι:

  • Η διαχείριση όλης της διαδικασίας προσέλκυσης και εύρεσης των κατάλληλων υποψηφίων, από την ανάρτηση αγγελιών και την εύρεση υποψηφίων έως τη διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων.
  • Ο σχεδιασμός, υλοποίηση και αξιολόγηση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων που ευθυγραμμίζονται με τους στρατηγικούς στόχους της εταιρείας.
  • Η δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού για την e-learning πλατφόρμα του οργανισμού. 
  • Η συμμετοχή σε δράσεις προώθησης του προφίλ του εργοδότη για την προσέλκυση κορυφαίων ταλέντων (employer branding).
  • Η συμμετοχή σε διαδικασίες Ετήσιας Αξιολόγησης της Απόδοσης (Performance Apparaisal). 
  • Η διαχείριση διαδικασιών onboarding και offboarding εργαζομένων.
  • Η παρακολούθηση/ ενημέρωση/ τήρηση των οργανογραμμάτων του οργανισμού

 Εαν έχεις:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων/ Οικονομικά/ Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
  • Ανάλογη εργασιακή εμπειρία 2-4 έτη.
  • Γνώση των διαδικασιών πρόσληψης και κατάρτισης.
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση του προγράμματος SCAN HRMS και εμπειρία σε χρήση ATS platform.
  • Άριστη χρήση H/Y (MS Office).
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο).
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
  • Άριστες ικανότητες οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης χρόνου και πρωτοβουλίας. 
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα
