We're on the hunt for a passionate, driven, and people-centric Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team in Athens. In this role, you'll help us build our A-teams that shape the future of our endless growth & success. You'll act as a Strategic Partner to our Hiring Managers, an ambassador for our unique culture, and a trusted advisor for candidates from first contact to signed offer.

Source Like a Pro
Use cutting-edge sourcing strategies to discover and engage top-tier talent — especially for those hard-to-fill roles. You'll be instrumental in expanding our reach across EMEA & Globally.

Build Active & Diverse Talent Pipelines
Design and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates. You'll champion diversity and inclusion in every step of the hiring process, from job ads to interview panels.

Be the First Hello
You will attract our future talent and you'll set the tone for the entire candidate experience. Your empathy, insight, and ability to match motivations with opportunity will be key.

Be our Brand Ambassador

Lead & Collaborate on Strategic Projects – Drive high-impact employer branding initiatives and partner cross-functionally with our Leadership Team to ensure successful delivery on process improvement projects across our Hiring world.

What we are looking for

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume, driven environment
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workable is a plus), Google Suite, and Slack
• Proactive sourcing skills — LinkedIn Recruiter, online talent communities, and more
• A candidate-first mindset and a creative approach to engaging talent
• Superb organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across your stakeholders
• A positive, enthusiastic outlook — someone who brings energy and fun to the team
