ValueSync is looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our customer support team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support operations, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance with their technical issues. You will develop and implement support strategies, manage a team of support specialists, and collaborate closely with other departments to enhance our service delivery. Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the technical support team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement procedures and best practices to improve the overall efficiency of technical support operations.
  • Monitor support team metrics and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on support performance and trends for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware systems commonly used in the industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions under pressure.
