The role:

Are you curious by nature and driven by data? Ferryhopper is looking for a sharp, inquisitive mind to join our Commercial team in Athens as a Revenue Growth Associate.

In this junior-level role, you'll dive into the fascinating world of ferry travel, helping us decode user behavior, fine-tune our pricing strategies, and uncover insights that steer smart, data-driven decisions.

You won't just crunch numbers—you'll tell stories with data, ask bold questions, and help shape how we grow thoughtfully and sustainably. Working alongside a high-impact, collaborative team, you'll help us chart the course for how Ferryhopper serves millions of travelers across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor & Maintain Reports: Keep key business and revenue reports up to date and accurate. Spot inconsistencies, automate where possible, and flag important changes.
  • Work with Data to Solve Problems: Dig into performance data to find patterns, trends, or issues. Help identify pricing or demand anomalies, test ideas, and validate hypotheses.
  • Support Pricing & Revenue Decisions: Help gather the information needed to make pricing changes. Contribute to strategy discussions with clear and actionable input.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with commercial, product, and marketing teams to support projects that impact growth. Help translate numbers into real-world improvements.
  • Contribute to Planning & Forecasting: Support financial and growth planning by preparing data inputs and tracking how actual performance compares to projections.

Requirements

  • Studies in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another field that makes you comfortable with numbers and systems.
  • You enjoy solving puzzles and figuring out how things work, especially using data.
  • You're detail-oriented, organized, and open in asking questions.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or any BI platform.
  • Experience in travel or marketplace industries.
  • Understanding of basic budgeting or forecasting concepts.
