We are seeking a skilled ARIS Technical Consultant with mid-level experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing ARIS solutions for our clients. This position offers opportunities for growth and learning in a collaborative environment.

Your Role:
  • Conduct business process analysis, design, and optimization using ARIS.
  • Manage user access, organize databases, and handle licensing. Customize ARIS Connect portals with XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Perform regular health checks and optimize system performance.
  • Support technical upgrades and data migrations.
  • Develop custom reports and scripts with ARIS Script. Create dashboards to visualize process data and KPIs.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in XML, HTML, and CSS for ARIS Connect portal customization (layouts, styling, responsive design).  
  • Experience with JavaScript for dynamic UI enhancements and basic scripting tasks.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript (or similar languages) to develop ARIS Scripts, automate workflows, and debug configurations.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL for data extraction, integration, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with data exchange formats, APIs, and enterprise system integrations (e.g., SAP, RPA tools).  
  • Ability to design custom integrations with third-party applications or middleware.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot ARIS platform issues, debug scripts, and resolve configuration errors.
  • Functional knowledge of Windows OS environments, including file management and server navigation.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and OAuth for secure user access.  

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with ARIS macros and client-side scripting.  
  • Familiarity with API integrations or corporate UI/UX branding in ARIS.  
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies or DevOps practices.
