**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Διαχείριση των εγκαταστάσεων, αναβαθμίσεων και τεχνικών παραμετροποιήσεων του λογισμικού καθώς και του περιβάλλοντος λειτουργίας (databases, web servers, interfaces κτλ)
- Υποδοχή και διαχείριση τεχνικών ζητημάτων που αφορούν την λειτουργία του λογισμικού στις εγκαταστάσεις των πελατών
- Συμμετοχή στην ομάδα έργου διαχείρισης νέων Client Projects
- Διαχείριση τεχνικών συζητήσεων με τις ομάδες ΙΤ των πελατών
- Ανάλυση και καταγραφή απαιτήσεων για διασύνδεση με τρίτες εφαρμογές, κατάρτιση τεχνικών διαγραμμάτων (architectural/solution design), διαχείριση information security αιτημάτων πελατών κτλ.
- Αξιολόγηση, αναπαραγωγή και καταγραφή τεχνικών δυσλειτουργιών (bugs) του λογισμικού προκειμένου να επιλυθούν από την ομάδα Ανάπτυξης λογισμικού
- Οργάνωση και παροχή εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων (εσωτερικά και για τους πελάτες) με αντικείμενο τις τεχνικές παραμέτρους των εφαρμογών (συνδεσιμότητα, ασφάλεια, λειτουργία σε διαφορετικά περιβάλλοντα κτλ.)
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Πληροφορικής, Επιστήμης Υπολογιστών, Μαθηματικών, ή σχετικής κατεύθυνσης
- Απαραίτητη 2ετής προϋπηρεσία σε θέσεις ΙΤ customer support ή Technology/IT consulting
- Άριστες διαπροσωπικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Εμπειρία σε Διαχείριση και Εργαλεία Βάσεων Δεδομένων, κατά προτίμηση Oracle
- Καλή γνώση ή/και εμπειρία στην χρήση εντολών SQL, και SQL scripts
- Γνώση ή/και εμπειρία σε τεχνολογίες Web, Web Servers, Web Services/Standards και εργαλεία της Microsoft
- Γνώση βέλτιστων πρακτικών information security, data protection & software encryption
- Πελατοκεντρικός προσανατολισμός
- Πνεύμα συνεργασίας και ομαδικότητας, αναλυτική σκέψη, ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, τόσο προφορικά όσο και γραπτά.
- Ικανότητα να παρακολουθεί και να ενημερώνεται για τις τάσεις και εξελίξεις στον τομέα της τεχνολογίας IT
**Επιθυμητά Προσόντα**:
- Γνώση ή/και εμπειρία σε Reporting Tools ή/και Business Intelligence Tools
- Γνώση ή/και εμπειρία σε ανάπτυξη εφαρμογών Διαχείρισης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Μισθοδοσίας ή Ωρομέτρησης θα ληφθούν πολύ σοβαρά υπόψη
