You will play a key role in delivering and supporting SOFTONE ERP solutions for clients, with a strong focus on SQL development and system integration. You'll participate in software implementation projects, ensuring the technical quality and alignment of ERP functionalities with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and configure SOFTONE ERP based on client business requirements
  • Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database functionalities to support ERP operations
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems (e.g., POS, back-office apps)
  • Execute data extraction, migration, and transformation between systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SQL and ERP-related issues
  • Support and enhance internal ERP installations
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure seamless software delivery
  • Participate in the rollout and onboarding of new ERP installations
  • Ensure scalability and business continuity through robust technical planning
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
  • Experience with SQL (queries, procedures, functions, optimization)
  • Familiarity with ERP software and business process configuration
  • Experience with data migration and integrations using APIs or middleware tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams
  • Understanding of business flows in retail, hospitality, or F&B industries (a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for learning and evolving in a tech-driven environment
