We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Real Estate Management Department. This role is well-suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and have an interest in real estate.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding real estate management services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to property listings, rental agreements, maintenance requests, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Inform clients about available services, property regulations, and market updates.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
