Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in understanding smart home technologies and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions promptly and accurately for better service continuity.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and improve customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest smart home technologies and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong interest in technology and customer service.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently with a positive approach.
- A knack for explaining technical concepts in an understandable way.
- A desire to learn and grow within an innovative team committed to customer satisfaction
