How will you contribute to Skroutz vision

As a Brands Success Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and success of brand partners on Skroutz Marketplace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop strong foundations in e-commerce, client relationships, and commercial operations — while working closely with a collaborative, high-performing team.

You'll gain hands-on experience managing a portfolio of partners, help implement growth strategies, and contribute to making Skroutz the preferred platform for brands and distributors.

What you will be doing

• Support and manage a portfolio of brand partners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience on the Skroutz platform.
• Learn to identify growth opportunities and support in implementing strategies that help partners succeed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Advertising, Product, Category Management, and Marketing) to coordinate and support partner initiatives.
• Collect and analyze performance data to assess partner success and identify trends or insights.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure partners stay engaged and meet their business goals.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to continuously improve processes and partner experiences.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Sales Support, or a related role (internship or full-time).
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and client success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to actively listen and build rapport.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; you're reliable and proactive in delivering your work.
• Analytical mindset — you're comfortable working with data and keen to learn tools and platforms that drive insights.
• A collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and a drive for continuous personal growth and learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
