Responsibilities
  • Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
  • Provide support for clients during the implementation and integration of our services.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to guide customers in utilizing our products effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery and product development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in SaaS and cloud computing technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, customer service, or a similar role within SaaS or cloud computing is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and SaaS industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
