Η ManpowerGroup Greece, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της κορυφαίας πολυεθνικής εταιρείας που απασχολείται στον κλάδο των καπνικών προϊόντων αναζητά Customer Service Administrator.
Πρόγραμμα εργασίας: Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή, σταθερό πρωινό ωράριο
Μοντέλο εργασίας: Υβριδικό μοντέλο εργασίας
Σύμβαση: Ετήσια σύμβαση, με προοπτική ανανέωσης
Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:
- Διαχείριση εισερχομένων και εξερχομένων κλήσεων
- Επεξεργασία και καταχώρηση παραγγελιών των πελατών στο σύστημα SAP
- Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για την διασφάλιση της σωστής και έγκαιρης εκτέλεσης παραγγελιών
- Διευθέτηση προβλημάτων και παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με την εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών (καθυστερήσεις παράδοσης ή λάθη στην παραγγελία)
- Δημιουργία και σύνταξη μηνιαίων αναφορών και εκθέσεων
Τι αναζητούμε:
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 6 μηνών σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί
- Προϋπηρεσία στον κλάδο της τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης θα ληφθεί υπόψιν
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας και εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα (ιδανικά SAP) απαραίτητα
- Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Οργάνωση και προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα
