Responsibilities
  • Assist Polish-speaking customers in a retail setting, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide information about products and promotions while contributing to a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and maintain the store's visual presentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer service.
  • Participate in training to stay informed about new products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
