We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Real Estate Management Department. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding real estate inquiries and management services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions related to property listings, leasing processes, and service agreements.
- Effectively resolve client issues and concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and manage client records.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address customer needs and service requests efficiently.
- Inform clients about available properties, market trends, and real estate policies.
- Gather feedback from clients to support ongoing improvements in service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
