Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic) and fluency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to help clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
