That's where you come in We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via web, email, chat and other support channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will:

  • Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Customer Support Engineer, you should have:

  • You have a good grasp of HTML, CSS and JavaScript- bonus points if you have knowledge of working with APIs.
  • You can navigate around basic system administration for Windows and Linux systems.
  • You have proven experience in enterprise tech support.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Your background is in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • You're a born problem solver, and helping customers gives you joy.
