Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to further develop your skills.
- Propose ideas for improving customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and excitement about living and working in Greece.
