Responsibilities
  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service through various communication platforms.
  • Sell products and services effectively, meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service processes.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for ongoing improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of customer focus.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
  • A team player who collaborates well while also being self-motivated.
