We are currently seeking a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Real Estate Management Department. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for real estate and thrive on providing outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients regarding real estate management inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions related to property listings, leasing agreements, and service inquiries.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and property managers to address client needs efficiently.
- Keep customers informed about property availability, services provided, and relevant real estate regulations.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
