Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home technologies and their functionalities.
- Resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions accurately for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service excellence.
- Participate in ongoing product training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong passion for technology and customer service.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
