Your Role:- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from Czech-speaking customers
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely support
- Assist with product/service questions and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver top-tier service
- Fluent Czech and good English (B2+)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Athens
- Motivation to join a multicultural, fast-paced team
- Start date: 29 August
- Permanent contract
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)
- Meal voucher
- Performance bonus (amount depends on the project)
