If you excel at phone-based communication and love helping people, this is the right opportunity for youNo prior experience is required and you will be provided with initial company-paid training period to better equip you for the job Your Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and assist customers with a variety of requestsProvide clear product and service informationResolve customer issues efficiently and empatheticallyDocument customer interactions accuratelyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling Requirements: Fluent-level Spanish (C2), spoken and writtenStrong English (C1)Excellent communication and active listening skillsAdvanced technical knowledge or ability to learn quicklyAvailable to work flexible shifts Documents required: - high school diploma - birth certificate - a EU member state citizenship or a valid residence & work permit for GreeceWhat's on the Offer: Remote position in GreecePaid training from home starts 29/07/2025Competitive salary paid 14 timesPerformance bonus: up to EUR 250/monthRotational schedule: Monday-Sunday, 09:00-21:00, rotative, scheduled in 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week Full relocation package:- Flight ticket- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation- Real estate agency support- Agency costs covered
