Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Athens. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing customer satisfaction and have a passion for providing top-tier service in both Spanish and English. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries in Spanish
  • Provide personalized assistance to customers regarding products and services, enhancing their overall experience
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for follow-up and analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction rates
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
