Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Spanish Speaking Client Support Specialist to join our vibrant team in Athens. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to help Spanish-speaking clients navigate our services. You will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance, ensuring that clients have a smooth experience with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client support to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients in understanding our products and services, providing tailored solutions to their inquiries
  • Resolve issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide the most accurate information

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically when addressing client issues
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a knack for using technology effectively
