You will handle inbound customer requests via chat, email, or phone assisting users with product questions, order issues, or technical support.Full training is provided, no prior experience needed What we offer Base salary: 1,300 gross × 14 monthsMonthly performance bonus: up to 300 grossMeal allowance: 7.63 net / day (paid 11 months)Private health insurance from Day 1Permanent contract with full training paidRelocation package: ️ Flight to Greece+ + 2-week hotel stay + agency fee covered + airport pickupGrowth opportunities career progression in Customer Experience or Tech Support Schedule 8-hour rotational shifts + 2 days offProjects may include morning, afternoon, or evening shifts Your profile Native-level Dutch (C2) + good English skills (B2 or higher)EU citizen / valid work permit for GreeceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsTech-savvy or motivated to learn new toolsPrevious Customer Service / Technical Support experience is a plus but not required Start date Immediate openings training starts every week in November 2025.
